Signal, Not Noise

When you boot a new colony, the first few minutes should feel like standing on a silent asteroid watching robots fan out across the regolith. Instead, your inbox was screaming — faction trade offers, collision warnings, diplomatic dispatches, all before you'd mined your first rock. The Belt was telling you everything at once, and none of it meant anything yet.

Inbox Flood Silenced

All inbox message generation is now deferred until Day 1 of the simulation. No faction communiqués, no trade proposals, no intelligence reports until you've had time to establish your operation. When messages do start arriving, they come at a measured pace — the Belt speaks when it has something to say.

Collision Alert Throttling

Asteroid impacts near your base still trigger ARIA alerts, but they're now throttled to one notification per game day. A field of tumbling rocks used to fill your inbox with dozens of minor-impact notices. Now you get the important ones.
