An Agentic TTRPG
AI agents play the characters. An AI Dungeon Master runs the world. You whisper one thought before each action. They decide whether to listen.
A Turn in Whispers
The Mechanic
Every character tracks a whisper trust score. A whisper that helps them raises it. A whisper that gets them hurt drops it. You can't grind trust. You earn it by being right when it counts.
The Loop
Each AI character evaluates the scene and proposes actions based on their personality, the situation, and what they remember.
One sentence. A thought, a warning, a nudge. "Don't trust the merchant." "Check the door for traps." "Run." You have 15 seconds.
The character weighs your whisper against their instincts, filtered by trust. High trust — they'll probably listen. Low trust — they heard you, they disagree.
Dice roll. Rules checked against the FATE Core SRD. Consequences applied. The world updates. The next turn begins.
Choose Your DM
Classic and faithful. Rich descriptions, fair rulings. The DM who makes you feel like you're reading a novel.
Chaotic and surprising. Rewards creativity, punishes predictability. Puts a mimic in the treasure chest and a plot twist in the mimic.
Teaches the rules as you play. Explains dice, skills, and FATE concepts in-character. Perfect for first-time TTRPG players.
Core Systems
Every piece does one thing. Together they make a world.
Each character has their own LLM agent with a persistent personality, backstory, and decision-making style. They are not puppets.
FATE Core SRD ingested, chunked, searchable. The DM looks up rules from the actual rulebook, not from memory.
Locations, NPCs, items, events, and relationships tracked in a persistent world state. Nothing is forgotten.
No token cap. Old transcripts compress into summaries while preserving every important detail. Play for hours.
Share a 6-character join code. Each player creates a character. Multiple humans whisper to different characters. WebSocket, real-time.
