First Impressions

Two small releases that change how the game greets you. When you share a link to MVEE on Hacker News, Discord, Slack, or Twitter, it now shows a proper preview card with the game’s title, description, and a screenshot. First contact before first click.

After signing in, a branded loading screen holds the space while the engine spins up — a diamond glyph, the game title, three orbiting dots, and the words Preparing your universe…. It fades out once the simulation is ready. No more flash of blank canvas.

The sign-in dialog itself got a polish pass too: clearer copy, a one-line description of what the game is, and a note that it’s free. Small things, but they shape the first thirty seconds.
